busmap Mobile Application 2023

BusMap is a smart traffic technology product of Phenikaa MaaS, founded by Le Yen Thanh and a group of friends who aim to bring a solution that can solve common difficulties and inconveniences when using public transport. Launched in 2013, besides the positive feedback, BusMap has also received numerous valuable contributions from users. With the spirit of listening, learning, and constantly innovating, BusMap has removed the disadvantages to make the application more and more complete. After many efforts of the team and the support from users, BusMap is increasingly trusted and accompanies millions of trips every day.

Public transportation can be frustrating. Riders often face difficulties like unclear routes, unreliable schedules, and inefficient planning. BusMap, a smart traffic technology product by Phenikaa MaaS, tackles these challenges head-on. Launched in 2013 by Le Yen Thanh and his team, BusMap offers a user-friendly app that simplifies navigating public transit.

BusMap's primary goal is to revolutionize the public transportation experience. By eliminating the common frustrations associated with buses, trains, and other public options, BusMap aims to make these journeys smoother, more efficient, and ultimately, more enjoyable for everyone. In addition, in 2023, BusMap also wants to become a super application with attractive and free utilities for users.

BusMap is designed for anyone who relies on public transportation. Whether you're a daily commuter, a weekend explorer, or a new arrival in town, BusMap empowers you to travel confidently and efficiently.

Launched in 2013, BusMap has consistently prioritized user-friendliness over fleeting trends. This focus on a clear and intuitive interface has ensured a positive user experience for many years. However, recognizing the evolving user landscape, BusMap's founder aims to make a strategic shift in 2023. The goal is to cater to a younger demographic by introducing a more modern and engaging user interface, while still maintaining the core value of ease of use. This strategic refresh will ensure BusMap remains accessible and relevant to a broader audience.

In order to maintain a seamless and reliable user experience across all BusMap platforms, I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive design system. This system establishes a set of core principles, UI components, and design guidelines. By implementing this framework, we guarantee consistent visuals, intuitive interaction patterns, and overall user satisfaction with BusMap.

Collaborating with Founder, BA, Marketing team, I participated in building useful features that turn BusMap into a comprehensive super application for 2023. This development has equipped BusMap with a series of user-centric features. hub brings unprecedented convenience and enhances the overall user experience. By prioritizing user needs, I have ensured that BusMap remains a valuable tool for navigate public transportation in an efficient and enjoyable way.
