VinFast employees face hurdles in managing event participation due to the lack of a centralized information system. This scatters information across various channels, leading to confusion and missed deadlines. Furthermore, creating job tickets and manually distributing updates is time-consuming for organizers and employees. Finally, the absence of an easily accessible source for emergency contact information during events poses potential safety risks.

To address these challenges, VinFast is developing VF Staff, a mobile application designed to streamline event management and enhance transparency for employees. This app will function as a one-stop shop, allowing employees to create and manage their job tickets, receive timely event notifications, and access emergency contact information - all in a centralized location.
