problem statement and solution

Traditionally, accessing your bank account meant visiting your home branch, limiting options for busy individuals or those needing services outside their immediate area. Banking Core solves this problem by creating a network of interconnected branches. This allows customers to seamlessly access their accounts and conduct essential transactions at any participating branch, regardless of location. It provides the convenience of local banking with the flexibility to manage your finances on the go.

Alongside key decision-makers, I spearheaded the design for Kard Engage, a unified platform designed to streamline customer interactions and sales workflows. By prioritizing user needs, we crafted a powerful CRM and customer support system. This empowers support teams with centralized ticketing and task management, while equipping sales reps with a comprehensive lead pipeline. Kard Engage simplifies communication, boosts efficiency, and ultimately drives customer satisfaction and sales growth.
